Favorite Movies: I guess this dates me, but I loved Ma and Pa Kettle movies. As a child we would go to Crescent Lake in Alpha and they quite often showed these movies. My son’s family gave me two DVDs with eight Ma and Pa Kettle movies on them for my birthday. One of the best gifts I ever received.
Favorite TV Shows: I rarely watch TV, but always watch “Dancing with the Stars.”
One person I’d like to meet is: My great-grandpa Pople, she was partial Indian and had many homeremedies that she would treat coal miners with. I would like to know her tribe, etc. All I read is how kind and helpful she was, but she died before I was born.
If I could have my “dream” job, it would be: I had my dream job. It was always teaching and I absolutely loved it.
Some advice I’ve received that I think is worth passing on to others is: Don’t worry about what the neighbors have, and be happy with what you have.
