A Peoria pair entered open guilty pleas Friday in Henry County court in connection with shooting incidents six months apart last year at the Galva home of Robert Daum, the woman’s ex-husband.
Patrick Patterson, 41, pleaded guilty to attempted murder in the Oct. 27 shooting and conspiracy to commit murder with regard to the April 26 incident. Both incidents occured at Daum’s home, who resided at 12 NW 4th St. at that time.
Angela Daum, 45, pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to commit murder, one for each incident.
The original charges were two counts of Class X felony attempted murder, two counts of Class 1 felony conspiracy to commit murder, Class X felony home invasion, two counts of Class X felony aggravated battery and one count of Class 1 felony aggravated discharge of a firearm.
