Q: When I burn off the fat, will it stay off?

A: Yes, if you maintain a healthy lifestyle. You don’t lose your fat cells in your body; you reduce the amount of fat inside of that cell. The amount of fat cells in your body varies with genetics, and the distribution of the fat cells differs between genders.

Q: Can I spot-reduce fat?

A: No! No! No! This is impossible unless you use liposuction.
Your body burns fat off evenly throughout your body because of blood circulation. You’ll notice a decrease of fat faster in areas that carry less fat, the areas that hold more fat are the last places you see the results.
