Should there be rewards for student attendance?

Student absenteeism and truancy can have a respectable impact on the amount of state aid a school district receives. The more students attend school, the greater the state aid. To what extent – if any – would you favor school districts offering incentives to students and/or families to encourage good attendance? The Galva News posed that question to its Panel Response team.
