Henry J. Pyell, 83, of Altona, died 9:10 p.m. Saturday, May 23, 2009 at his home.
Funeral services were 10 a.m. Thursday, May 28, at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel with his son, Rev. David Pyell, and Rev. Jan Griffith officiating. Visitation was 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel. Graveside service was 1 p.m. Thursday in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Castleton, with military rites.
