This is one day when I don’t know what to do first. I had a full day planned but it began to fall apart right when I arrived home from exercise class.

(By the way, I am making great strides in that department as I have passed 700 miles and am moving steadily toward 800. How is that for success?)

Am I thinner? Well, not much. Husband is, but I have learned that men lose weight in a disgustingly easy way while females struggle to get one pound to depart and not come back.

Anyhow, I arrived home all primed to go out for the afternoon to a meeting but it was cancelled so I went to the library instead and brought home some new magazines to last me through the weekend. Check that off!

Then I decided to begin with the nearest deadline so I started on this column which must be in the mail by Friday at the latest. Now that may seem like a long time from Wednesday afternoon but you need to hear why I have to get this done TODAY!

See, tomorrow we are having Little Purple Sweatshirt for a couple of days and since it is now spring, hopefully, we will be busy planting the garden (pumpkins) and dyeing Easter eggs and of course, we have to cook mac and cheese and custard and rhubarb crisp and deviled eggs and all those other delicacies that she loves.
