    Sophia Schuler and Olivia Weber each won two individual events and Prairie Central's girls placed second as a team at the Herscher Invitational meet Friday.
    Clifton won the team title for the girls with 109 points. The Hawks put up 101 and Herscher was third with 54. Tri-Point took fifth with 44 points and Dwight was seventh with 28 in the 14-team meet.
    Schuler was actually a three-time winner for Prairie Central as she helped the 4x100 relay team win. Schuler, Zoe Adams, Annaliese Miller and Megan Ifft had a time of  53.33 seconds.
    Schuler also won the 100-meter dash in 13.57 seconds and the long jump with a mark of 14 feet, 10½ inches. She placed fifth in the 200.
    Weber won the triple jump at 32-3½ and teammate Ifft was second at 31-4. Weber won the high jump as the Hawks placed first and second in the event. Weber and Miller both went 4-9 with Weber winning on misses.
    Halen Eshleman tied for first in the pole vault going 6-6.
    The 4x200 relay team of Sydney Hoselton, Eshleman, Elise Dotterer and Camryn Hari came in third at 2:00.95. Ifft placed third in the 300 low hurdles at 53.87 seconds. Haleigh Buff was fourth in the 400. The 4x400 relay team scored fourth-place points. Dotterer was fourth in the pole vault.
    Dwight's all-state distance runner Daly Galloway won the 3,200-meter run in 10:54.19 and took the 1,600 in 5:09.5. Alison Kirk was second in the 400 at 1:04.16.
    Tri-Point's Jacki Weller was second in the 100 dash at 13.6 seconds and was runnerup in the 200 at 27.34 seconds. Haley Jubin was third in the long jump at 14 feet and third in the triple jump at 29-3. Beth Houck was third in the high jump after going 4-7.
    On the boys' side, Prairie Central had three first-place finishes en route to scoring 63½ points in placing fourth in the team standings. Tri-Point was 12th at 8 points and Dwight was 13th with 4.
    Aidan Krieger won the 110-meter high hurdles in 16.54 seconds. He placed third in the 300 intermediates at 42.05 seconds.
    Zach Matson won the shot put with a push of 49-8. Chandler Ifft won the pole vault after clearing 12-1. Harrison Ifft was third at 8-7.
    Also in the field, Jake Bachtold was third in long jump with a leap of 17-8. He placed fifth in the high jump, where Krieger took fourth place.
    On the track, the 4x200 foursome of Lee Zimmerman, Wes Semmerling, Keegan Stein and Matt Kerns was third at 1:36.4. The 4x100 relay quartet of Stein, Connor Haab and Semmerling placed sixth. Zimmerman was fifth in the 100 and sixth in the 200 dashes.
