An unscripted exit by their coach just minutes before tipoff had the ROWVA Tigers concerned after their 57-39 victory over United on Monday.

Shortly before the starting lineups were to be announced, ROWVA coach Jason Lydic received word that his wife, Becca – who’s pregnant with the couple’s first child – sister, Amy Lydic, and mother, Carole Phipps, were involved in a car accident on U.S. Highway 34, just outside of Oneida, as they rode together to the game.
