The game marked the last home game of their careers for three Galva seniors: Meg Engstrom, Kristin Spiegel and Kayla Halsall.
The Lady Cats’ loss came five days after another defeat in the Lincoln Trail Conference. In that game, Natalie Turner scored 19 points and Brittney Price added 12 to key Stark County to a 61-39 win at Galva on Jan. 27.
Stark County slowly took control, building leads of 10-7 at the end of the first quarter, 33-30 at the half and 49-34 at the third quarter.
