On Feb. 10, Galva picked up an LTC win by downing visiting West Central 65-52.

Kile Mott’s double-double of 15 points and 11 rebounds led Galva, who trailed 20-11 after the first quarter but outscored the Heat 38-17 over the second and third quarters.

“We had a very rough start but once we got our bearings we really played well,” Haurberg said. “Our press was working well in the third quarter.”

Galva also played three other games during the past week. For a recap of all four games, see the Feb. 18 Galva News.
