“We had a very successful and winning season this year, as we beat almost every Lincoln Trail Conference team we faced at each meet during the season,” noted Coach Shawn Kendall.

Standout meets for the team included winning second place at the Lincoln Trail Conference fresh-soph meet, fourth place at the LTC varsity meet, and first in a triangular meet at ROWVA.

“Next year the team loses two seniors and although it will be hard to replace Spencer Clark, the team is showing a lot of progress and will have another great year in 2010,” said Kendall.
